Namun pada implementasinya terdapat Known Issue yang penjabarannya bisa dilihat disini <a title=\"http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/974571\" href=\"http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/974571\">http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/974571<\/a>. Nah, sebelum masuk ke kesimpulan, berikut contoh kronologis yang saya lihat sendiri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Gejala pertama yang dirasakan sudah pasti bahwa user akan bilang bahwa Communicator mereka tidak bisa login. Jika kita melakukan inspeksi ke server OCS tersebut, akan didapatkan bahwa OCS Front End Service berada dalam kondisi down, dan jika kita mencoba untuk menjalankan service tersebut, akan muncul error:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb5-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-368\" title=\"image_thumb5\" src=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb5-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb5-1.png 386w, https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb5-1-300x168.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Jika kita mencurigai bahwa service admin yang digunakan yang bermasalah, maka salah besar karena service admin yang sama yang digunakan oleh service lainnya bisa berjalan sempurna. Sekali lagi, hanya OCS Front End service yang bermasalah.<\/p>\n<p>Hal kedua, jika kita perhatikan di Event Viewer, akan terdapat suatu clue yaitu Error code 0xC3E93C23:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb6-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-369\" title=\"image_thumb6\" src=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb6-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb6-1.png 399w, https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/image_thumb6-1-300x202.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Nah, karena penyebabnya adalah patch KB974571 tersebut, maka pastikan bahwa memang benar di server OCS tersebut terinstall security update tersebut:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/clip_image002_thumb1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-371\" title=\"clip_image002_thumb\" src=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/clip_image002_thumb1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"424\" height=\"20\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/clip_image002_thumb1.jpg 424w, https:\/\/raymondxrays.web.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/clip_image002_thumb1-300x14.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Jika benar, maka uninstall security update tersebut lalu server akan meminta restart. Solusi ini sifatnya sementara sampai ada pengumuman resmi dari Microsoft mengenai solusi permanen nya, karena kasus ini sedang ditangani oleh tim Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">2. Impact dari KB974571 hanya terbatas pada kondisi dimana server anda terinstall OCS dan juga pada client yang terinstall Communicator.
